SENIOR NEW BUSINESS MANAGER
SALARY: £35,000 +++ p/a, plus uncapped commission and bonus structure

We are Forest Road Brewing Company (FRBC) one of the fastest growing breweries in the UK having seen double digit growth for the last 3 years in the On Trade. The brewery is about to complete its latest substantial fundraise and has already installed two new 240HL tanks to assist in its next phase of rapid growth. Meaning more of the good stuff coming your way London.
So, we are now looking to add two experienced Senior New Business Managers to help reach more customers and get POSH Lager and the rest of our multi-international award-winning core range into more hands across London and the UK. After shipping our brewery from California to London through the Panama Canal, FR is ready to put in more WORK. Who’s ready to graft with us?
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Acquiring new Business is the main focus of the role, carrying out cold calls and booking meetings with potential customers to achieve your sales targets

Reporting to the Head of Sales, KPIs will be in place and must be met, across sales revenue, visits, calls and your general pipeline

Working with the Existing Business team to look after any accounts brought on, ensuring the highest level of customer service

Structuring your schedule and owning your area to get results and be accountable for your sales figures

Be a Forest Road Brewing Co ambassador - we want you to be passionate about the brand and the industry and represent that in front of customers
SKILLS, ATTRIBUTES AND EXPERIENCE
Essential:
-
A minimum of one year’s experience in beer sales
-
Experience and understanding of customer service is a must, being able to receive and deal with problems, offering solutions and managing expectations

Persistence, resilience and motivation to take ownership of an area and succeed

Confidence, inquisitiveness and charisma - a natural relationship builder

Must live in London

Account and client management experience
-
Technical sales skills - revenue, profit, margins, etc

A good understanding of the London beer industry and hospitality market
Desired:

Experience using CRM and other systems

Knowledge of our brewery, beers and competitors

SALARY
Starting from £35K++ (Salary negotiable on suitability and experience, we really are looking for the right candidate!), plus a lucrative Bonus Scheme
HOURS OF WORK & HOLIDAY ENTITLEMENT
40 hours per week (Mon-Friday)
Holidays – 20 days per annum plus 8 bank holidays
