Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Brewer. We are looking for a new member for our production team who is highly capable and experienced. The role will comprise everything from raw material preparation, brewing, cellaring, dry hopping, yeast husbandry, CIP, beer polishing, basic lab procedures and packaging.
Requirements
At least three years experience on the floor with experience in centrifugation, kegging and canning and a rigorous background of brewing science illustrated through study is a must.The ideal candidate will have good communication skills, problem solving capabilities, a proactive approach to workload and a strong team mindset.A strong background in hands-on engineering and/ or packaging is desirable and would reflect in the pay package offered.A strong background in hands-on engineering and/ or packaging is desirable and would reflect in the pay package offered.Experience with maintaining brewing equipment and ensuring sanitationAttention to detail and quality control standardsExcellent record-keeping and inventory management skillsCicerone or similar brewing certifications are advantageous
Wage starting at 35k PA based on experience.
